Appraiser Registration Form

Every team presenting at the Capital Region tournament is required to provide two appraisers to appraise teams on the day of the tournament. Appraisers are required to attend appraiser training on Feb 6 and be available all day on the day of the tournament. Appraisers should complete this form and submit it. Please, complete as much information as you know. When you have completed the form, click the submit button.

If you find it impossible to meet your appraising commitment, it is urgent that you contact your team's manager AND Nancy Varljen @ nvarljen@suddenlink.net.
