Please, fill out the form below if your team has a conflict on the day of the competition.


If you are managing more than one team, you do not have to fill out the conflict time or the time available at the competition. You must fill out all of the information about your other team.


If you have a conflict other than another team, you must fill out the information about the conflict time and the time your team will be available at the competition. Do not add extra time for meals. The team can always eat on the way to the competition or at the competition. You can skip all the fields that have to do with the other team.


Remember that legitimate conflicts include school sporting events, UIL, competitions, once in a lifetime events, etc. They do not include siblings on different teams, little league games, etc.


We will do our best to schedule your team/s around legitimate conflicts.
